Seminar classes are specialist classes instructed by either ABC trainers or other fitness professionals. These will provide focused coaching on specific aspects of training and will last approximately 6-8 weeks.  Seminars will include:

  • Boxing
  • Chin up, pull up and muscle up training
  • Mobility
  • Handstand training
  • Refining your deadlift/squat
  • Self defence
  • Olympic lifting techniques

Seminar Classes will run on a Thursday 7-8pm
