Seminars
Seminar classes are specialist classes instructed by either ABC trainers or other fitness professionals. These will provide focused coaching on specific aspects of training and will last approximately 6-8 weeks. Seminars will include:
- Boxing
- Chin up, pull up and muscle up training
- Mobility
- Handstand training
- Refining your deadlift/squat
- Self defence
- Olympic lifting techniques
Seminar Classes will run on a Thursday 7-8pm
