Strength Club is a class designed to build strength and fitness alongside teaching you the correct technique for training with weights.

We use multiple joint compound exercises so you get the most muscles worked and calories burned!

A mixture of strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding and weightlifting are all performed to a high intensity, in a fun and supportive environment under the watchful eyes of our expert coaches.

Classes are currently running:

  • Monday 7.30 pm – 8.30 pm
  • Wednesday 12.15 – 1pm
  • Friday 6 pm – 7 pm
