Metabolic Conditioning is a method of training that involves a very high work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories during your workout and maximise calories burned after your workout. These routines are intended to increase your body’s storage and delivery of energy for any activity.
AT ABC we use weights, sleds, kettlebells, slam balls, and much more to get the desired effect and to give you the very best workout to help you get great results when combined with the nutritional guidance on hand.

Classes are currently running:

  • Monday 6 pm – 7 pm
  • Tuesday 6 pm – 7 pm
  • Wednesday 6 pm – 7 pm (Metcon Strength)
  • Thursday 6 pm – 7 pm
  • Saturday 9.30 am – 10.30 am
  • Sunday 9.30 am – 10.30 am
