“The body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness’  – Sakyong Mipham

On Monday 9th May, ABC held its first yoga class instructed by Sarah Martin.  Despite the 7am start there was a fantastic turnout with 14 ABC members attending.  Everyone loved the session and found the class not only relaxing but also physically challenging.  We’re looking forward to seeing this class become a regular session on the ABC class timetable with other opportunities to participate hopefully opening up in the near future.
