We have been very excited this year to start an official ABC Running Club…the ABC Arrows.
The Running Club is going through the process of gaining affiliation with UKA and has already organized attendance at its first running event – a 10K trail run at Crimdon Dene on 31st October.
Gym member Emma Hewling will be the first to represent the ABC Arrows when she runs the Berlin Marathon in October.
