After a short break from running over the Christmas period, the ABC Arrows resumed their training schedule on January 7th. This photo was the first one to take place in 2023.
From this point, the Arrows have been busy, not only meeting up each Saturday to complete a training run in various locations including the Tees Barrage and the Castle Eden Walkway, but also regularly running at Ropner Park on a Sunday and participating in a number of organised races.
Organised races so far this year have included a 5 or 10 miler at Derwent Reservoir and a 10k at Grasmere.
Looking forward to seeing the Arrows participating in lots more running events in the months ahead!
