September 2024 saw ABC’s third Titan Games competition, organised and led by ABC’s resident strongman and trainer, Adam Laverick.
Twenty ABC members competed in five events over the course of the day. The events included:
1. Log Press
2. Deadlift
3. Heracles Hold
4. Sandbag to shoulder
5. Sandbag Medley
There was a great atmosphere throughout the competition, with all competitors supporting and encouraging each other. A massive well done to all of those who competed, proving that people of all ages and abilities can take part and achieve great things!

Competitors were asked to vote for one male and one female competitor who they felt most embodied the spirit of the games. The winners were Andy Parkinson and Joyce Hughes.
