Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas if it wasn’t for the Christmas Eve MetCon class. What makes this class special? Well, it has to be the excitement of discovering what fancy dress outfit gym owner, Andy Burton, will wear.
In the past we’ve had Andy dressed as a Christmas cracker, a Christmas beer bottle, an inflatable Christmas tree and even an inflatable turkey! This year, he was a very convincing Grinch.
Almost thirty ABC members took part in the class. There were Christmas songs during the workout and at the end of the session, prosecco, beer and soft drinks were enjoyed along with some Christmas stollen. Christmas is time to reflect on yet another successful and productive year at ABC thanks to our fantastic members and trainers. As we enter 2025, we will begin our 8th year as ABC, and we look forward to many, many more!
