On 26th June, 12 women and 9 men took part in the ABC Hero Games. The Hero Games tests the strength and endurance of competitors over a series of events from the amount of calories hit on an assault bike in one minute, to the number of barbell clean and presses in two minutes. Great attitude and camaraderie from all of those competing and wonderful support given from the wider ABC community. Congratulations to Louise Neasham and Josh Fleming – lifting the winner’s trophies in their category and a special thank you to PTs Ethan Jones, Helen Willers and Jude Gray for organizing the day.
